Being a tenant is not a right, it’s a privilege.

• Rentals can’t be reserved, and they are offered in a first come first serve fashion.

​

• Rentals are considered roleplay areas. They are not safe spots. Locked doors are suggested so you keep your privacy.

​

• Sexual animations are only allowed in private rentals. Erotic roleplay which involves heavy explicit content are only allowed in private messages.

​

• Land Impact limit and price is can be negotiated within reason.

​

• It’s mandatory that all the furniture remains in theme with the sim, it should fit a medieval fantasy setting.

​

• Sound and particle emitters are forbidden if they can be noticed outside of the rental itself.

​

• Even though rentals are only limited by Land Impact, we demand tenants to keep a reasonable number of scripts and textures within their furniture. If you don’t know how to, feel free to ask a member of the staff.

​

• All explicit ERP shall be done in IMs. It is not allowed in public rentals unless it is their main purpose (for instance, a house of ill reputation).

​

• An unpaid rental will be kept for 72 more hours, after that, the tenant will be evicted.

​

• You may only have one rental, period. This is to stop people from renting multiple houses to use the prims. (This Excluded Pre-furnished Shops)

​

• You may not rent a rental and then leave it empty for more than two weeks. It will result in a immediate refund of rental and an eviction. Continuing to do so will result in punative action.

​

• Please keep the houses in theme, do not put any modern devices in them such as televisions, stereo systems ect.

​

• Please do not place items in the rental that create sound spam (music boxes should be fine as they generally do not play sim wide) or that use media on the sim.

​

• You MAY decorate the immediate area of your rental, this means the outside walls and immediate ground. Just make sure you watch your prim usage.

​

• You CANNOT build for someone else’s rental, this will count against your prims and force us to return the objects.

​

• You CANNOT include anything in your home that would break sim rules or secondlife terms of service. 
  
  *REMINDER* Renting on sim is a privilege not a right, and can be revoked if rental rules are continually broken.
